Now that England have qualified for the quarter-finals, each member who has been allocated a Quarter Final voucher will need to exchange this for a match ticket.

Opening Times:
22 June; 15:00 – 21:00
23 June; 10:00 – 21:00
24 June; 10:00 – ko (21:45)
The office will be open until 21:00 if you are in possession of a voucher to exchange for your ticket. For those that don’t have a voucher but need to collect a ticket purchased directly through The FA in the last few days, must do so before 18:00 each day.

Please note that you will have to queue to exchange your voucher and we would advise members to collect as early as possible. You should leave plenty of time to collect your ticket and make your way to the stadium.
You will be required to provide your membership photo card or passport when collecting your ticket and each member must collect their ticket in person.
Please note, the englandfans temporary membership cards will not be accepted at the UEFA ticket points so you must bring your passports.
